Is there a situation where no one believed in you? How did you overcome this? Maybe you had a really low grade point average. How did you offset this? How do you balance those with other things like study time and social life? What will we do with this information after you have given it? We are going to compile it and put together a book or manual for high school students and your names will be listed as contributing authors. This book will be a combination of various resources that high school students can utilize as a means for getting accepted into college. The other half of the book will feature all of your motivating and inspiring stories that high school students can read about to gain encouragement as they strive to attend college. By passing this information on to high school students it will help them lead a more successful, fulfilling life on a college campus. I believe this information can help entice some students to pursue college entrance who otherwise may have decided not to attend because of some problem or situation they were facing. School

Traditional school coursework does not usually make smarter or better people. Everyone needs the basic three R skills, but to a young person detail beyond that is pretty much a waste of students and teachers time as well as tax dollars. School serves as a convenient babysitter and helps to socialize children, but history, economics, physics and algebra minutia doesnt do much more than superficially acquaint kids with some terms. Learning that is important to living comes primarily from what is experienced. For example, love and concern from a teacher, fear of a bully and infatuation for a classmate all create indelible lessons remembered for a lifetime. On the other hand, the only lesson most kids take away after learning the Pythagorean Theorem and the date of the battle of Gettysburg is that learning isnt fun and is a waste of time. The sooner a person can get out of school, the better the chances for useful learning. Personal initiative, individual study, successes, mistakes, fear and pride out in the real world are the best teachers. These two volumes encapsulate the issues we face in real life and have taken me ______chapters and almost a thousand pages to cover in abbreviated form. The fact that essentially none of this material is covered in formal schooling is a testament to the failure of modern education. Without sufficient life experience (which creates little hooks in the mind to which details can attach), or a specific need to apply information, learning just by rote goes into short-term memory (long enough to pass a test) and is then essentially lost. As mental calisthenics coursework is fine. As training for life it is woefully inadequate. Children are taught how to read (barely) but they are left unable to distinguish what is worth reading. It teaches about things, not reasons. It gives the false idea that life is scripted such that if specific dos and donts are followed--papers are written and tests aced--that success will surely follow.If in doubt about the utility of modern education ask employers whether new graduates (other than from trade schools) bring to the workplace anything other than tools they dont know how to use. If an employer can find an employee who is motivated, eager to learn and a self-starter (all rarities), that is about the most that can be hoped for. From there the employer is faced with all the costs of trainingand pay to the employee while doing it. In the meantime schools take a big chunk out of tax dollars and teachers get good salaries and great benefits. But the students they turn out are in no way ready to hit the ground running once they find a job. Nevertheless, educators with their absurd lecture, note-take, regurgitate pedantic mislead students into believing that they are receiving real training that can immediately command high wages and benefits. This not only does a disservice to the student but forces employers to repair the damage and bring new graduates back down to earth.Understandably students spending years burdened by mountains of memorization are exhausted by academic demands and feel entitled to a reward, even though they intuitively know that the majority of what they have memorized is worthless. The result is a workplace filled with overpaid, under-skilled employees. Many see their stint with education as a price paid, a reason for entitlement and a burdensome part of their personal history, not an active and engaging part of their future.Schools should effectively and thoroughly teach the basics that everyone needs to function well in society. Very general courses should be taught in all the disciplines to give students a broad overview of what knowledge holds and to equip them for a degree of self-sufficiency like balancing a checkbook, avoiding credit card debt and high interest, writing a clear letter, preparing meals, fixing a plugged sink, sewing, checking the car oil and air tire pressure, changing the furnace filter and so on. This could be accomplished easily within 6-8 years of school, but beginning at an older age since too much of education is wasted on the young. School days should be shortened and not begin in the early morning when growing bodies and minds should be sleeping. By compressing school-time, teachers would be forced to hit the high points that students are more likely to retain. Specific training fold be shortened and not begin in the early r specific careers should follow these 6-8 years with lots of hands-on practical experience and emphasis on problem solving. Before a student is released into the workforce they should be able to accomplish a job with competence. As things presently are, most degrees do not signify useful skills other than book reading and test taking. Also, interspersed in the school curriculum should be coursework in intellectually challenging topics such as philosophy, science, religion, marriage, family, metaphysics, politics, sociology, ethics, logic and all the other fields of controversy in which everyone should make a lifelong study and contribution. Such topics should be taught using basic concepts and by encouraging synthesis, original thinking and hands-on learning, not with a dull memorization format.Most of all, students should learn that mental growth is an ongoing endeavor and a basic human requirement for happiness. Continuous intellectual growth is necessary to make oneself interesting to others, to properly function in society, and to contribute to improving the world. Education does not end with a degree, it is a lifelong process.Unfortunately, rather than school stimulating a desire for learning it can leave a bitter after taste that discourages intellectual growth.Teachers should be accomplished in the real-world field they are teaching and be accountable at all times. Tenure is a crazy idea as is most socialism. If there is any occupation that should be under pressure to achieve performance standards at all times, it is teaching. Instead, unlike any other career, mere time can lock in a bad teacher for a lifetime. The best formula for souring young minds on education is to force incompetent and unlikable teachers on them. Education is not about teachers and their security, its about properly training young minds and motivating the intellect of the next generation.These are all nice ideas, but education is not going to change anytime soon. It is too institutionalized, governmentized, unionized and tenurized. It likes itself the way it is, very comfortable and secure for all who feed from it. Never mind whether students, the workplace and society are really benefiting from it or not. Its not like there is some grand conspiracy to keep education boring, irrelevant and expensive. Its just that those who write curricula and who teach know no better and find it easiest to stay in the same groove in which they were taught. Love of children and wanting to teach are certainly important, but not enough. Students who go through high school, then college, then grad school to become teachers are still students. Students teach others how to be students, not what life is really about or how to succeed in it. It should be a prerequisite that before any politician presumes to run society that they have had at least a decade of proven success in the real world at real jobs. Similarly, a teacher entrusted with the future of the world (children), must have lived out in the real world and proven their ability to be successful at it. Particularly should this be so at the high school and college levels. Instead, too often students or those who were incapable or nonproductive in the workplace find a home in a teaching position. We must change the aphorism: Those who can, do, those who cannot, teach. It should be: Those who can, teach; those who cannot should go do something else. One on-line university that caters to those discouraged by traditional schooling has the right idea. Their advertising for professors says, If you havent done it during the daytime, you cant teach it at night! Speaking of the Internet, that may be the spearhead for a solution to education because it creates a realistic alternative to the traditional classroom format. Education will not change from within because it is too comfortable with itself like all embedded institutions get to be. The free market of Internet choices may create the pressure all institutions really pay attention toeconomics. That will force the system to either become relevant and efficient or die a quiet death as their tuition resources dry up. Parents are not above blame or absolved from educational responsibilities just because kids can be pushed off to school and taxes are paid. We should not surrender our children to an incompetent system. Home schooling or unschooling (an actual movement you can search out on the Internet) are options every parent should explore. At the least, children should be engaged when they get home from school. The Property Manager can work either directly for an owner of real estate properties, or for a property management company, contracted by an owner or legal entity to care for the real estate over a specific period of time.The Property manager has a fiduciary relationship with the management company and property owner. A fiduciary relationship is one that is based on a mutual trust and complete confidence in one another.The Property Manager is provided an owner's real estate portfolio to manage to its "highest and best use" in exchange for an employment contract or salary. Real estate assignments for the property manager includes apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, storage facilities, shopping centers, office buildings, government subsidized properties, rooming houses, abandoned buildings and plots of vacant land, to name a few.I have managed almost all of the above types of properties for over twenty years. I have managed public and private housing, for non-profit organizations, for the federal government, and for private developers and real estate investors. Must Be Highly Ethical and HonestProperty Managers work on the Honor Code when they handle other people's money. The owner entrusts the property with thousands of dollars each month, plus the value of the real estate itself. The manager is hired to perform at his or her highest level of integrity. On a daily basis, the property manager's good judgment and sense of what is right and wrong is called into play.3. Must be Detail Oriented and OrganizedManagers collect the rent daily, and must ensure that each rent is paid and posted to the tenants' account as received. Financial records detailing each and every rent transaction are kept, either by rent cards, or on the computer. Lease expirations and renewals, rent increase letters, and rent invoices must be mailed on time. Deadlines for court appearances must be kept, and clients must receive their written monthly report of operations. A skilled property manager is able to multi-task, keep site files organized, and prioritize repairs and assignments.4. Must Have Good Communication SkillsManagers must be able to communicate with people from all walks of life, cultures, ethnicities, and personalities. Managers must be able to articulate their cases in front of judges, talk to the owner, negotiate with vendors as well as speak appropriately with tenants, who are often frustrated, upset, or angry. A good manager must be able to stay calm, and communicate in a professional manner. Familiarity speaking in other languages is always a plus.5. Must have Good Computer SkillsComputer competency is a technical skill, like driving, typing, etc. The use of email, mail merge, and faxing through the computer is at the heart of property management today. This is especially true if the property is on one part of the city or state, and the home office is a distance away from the site. If a manager does not have a solid command of the computer and its basic programs, such as Microsoft Word and the spreadsheet Excel, you may be hard pressed to find an administrative position in this field.6. Should Like Working with the PublicIf everyone paid the rent on time by the fifth day of each month, the manager would not have rent collection work to do. If a property never had problems, such as toilet overflows, lost keys, or defective smoke detectors, a property manager would have little to do. Therefore, it is important that a manager enjoy dealing with people with problems. A manager should at least like helping tenants with dignity, and in a responsible manager. If you do not like being interrupted several times a day with a dilemma to solve, this type of job may not be for you.7. Must Be Patient and Have a Sense of HumorThere is some pressure involved working with the public. There are days when nothing seems to go right, and if you happen to have a headache that day, it could be a long 9 to 5. A calm personality or a good sense of humor will take you a long way in property management. If you tend to be high-strung, anxious, or become angry or impatient while working within deadlines or with people with problems, you may want to re-consider taking on this profession.8. Must Like to Read and Conduct ResearchThere are many types of leases, agreements, forms, and other legal documents that must be signed between tenants, the manager, government agencies, the site attorney, and/or the owner. Real estate and governmental regulations change; the manager must be willing to read up on them and stay current. Documentation must be read and checked before submitted to tenants, agencies, the owner, etc. If you do not like to read in order to keep up with the latest trends, legal and industry changes and terminology used, you will not be able to properly do your job.9. Must Have a Strong Sense of Duty and CommitmentEnsuring that the tenants under your control are treated with respect, have heat and hot water, are not subjected to or committing illegal activities or disruptive behavior of their neighbors, are some of the managers' duties. Tenants depend on the manager's sense of obligation to the property and the families or professionals who live in it. The manager may not always have the funds to do everything all the time, but what can and should be done, such as keeping the building clean, and having a sense of urgency to get work completed in a timely manner.10. Should be FlexibleProperty Management is a fluid profession, in that it follows economic, governmental, industry, and societal changes that impacts how a property is managed. Managers who still like the "good old days" of mistreating tenants and making rental applicants jump through unnecessary hoops to get an apartment (or the opposite, by not checking anything), will find him or herself out of touch, and maybe out of a job. The ability to accept changes of law, obey fair housing laws, have a positive, or at least a neutral, attitude about people who are different, and above all, to be open-minded, is a key element of a successful manager.11. Must Be an Excellent Follow-Up PersonA manager can never assume that a repair or rent payment plan will happen on its own. Our mantra is: "Follow Up, Follow Up, Follow Up!" This is one of the most critical skills of a good property manager. The ability to multi-task, keeping several balls in the air without dropping any of them is challenging, and difficult at times. The ability to successfully multi-task is often rewarded both financially and in promotion decisions.

Many traders lose simply out of ignorance. They base their trades on hunches, news, or tips from friends, and do not define specific risk and profit objectives before placing trades.
Others have the merit of educating themselves but fall victims of their emotions. They hold on to losing positions hoping they will turn into winners and sell winners by fear of losing a small gain. They overtrade to fulfill a need for action or by fear of missing out.
The consistent winners follow a winning approach:

They have a strategy to enter and exit trades
They use good money management
They take consistent actions, they follow a trading plan
They keep good records so they can review their actions
They avoid overtrading
They have a winning attitude

Trading Framework was designed to help you build those crucial elements into your trading.
A strategy to enter and exit trades
You need to a strategy to put the odds in your favor for each trade you take. Your strategy should be as objective as possible and include the following elements:

Entry: conditions required before you can enter a trade - may include technical analysis, fundamental analysis, or both.


Initial stop loss: price at which you will close the entire position if it does not go in your favor.


The risk per share is the difference between the entry price and the initial stop.


Initial price objective: price at which you will take some or all profits if the trade goes in your favor.


Trade management: set of rules that dictates your actions while a trade is opened. It may include trailing stops, closing position, etc…

For every action you take, the reason should be clearly described in your strategy.
Example: Buy pullback - stock in an uptrend on daily chart



Entry
Setup: Price above rising 30 day moving average with 3 or more consecutive days with lower highs
Buy signal: $0.05 above the previous day’s high


Initial stop
Below lowest of previous and current day’s low


Initial objective
At the previous pivot high - sell half


Trade management
Move stop below previous day's low daily



A more complete strategy would include market and industries conditions, technical indicators, conditions from different timeframes, etc..
Money management rules to keep losses small
The goal of money management is to ensure your survival by avoiding risks that could take you out of business. Your money management rules should include the following:

Maximum amount at risk for each trade. The different between your entry price and your initial stop loss is your risk per share. Your maximum amount at risk for each trade determines the share size.


Maximum amount at risk for all your opened positions.


Maximum daily and weekly amount lost before you stop trading â€" avoid trying to trade your way out of a hole after a loosing streaks.

Example:



Maximum amount at risk for each trade: $200


Maximum total amount at risk for all my opened positions: $800


I stop trading until the following day if my realized loss for that day is over $600


I stop trading until the following week if my realized loss for that week is over $1000



During your learning phase, your goal should be to survive, not to make money. Start with low limits and raise them as you become a consistent winner otherwise you will simply go broke faster.
Good record keeping
Although the process of gaining experience cannot be rushed, it can be made much more efficient by keeping good records of your actions. Good records will allow you to:

Review your actions at the end of each day to make sure you followed you strategy, not your emotions.


Learn from your losses â€" they cost you money, make sure you get the education in return.

You should also keep a journal of your observations.
A trading plan to keep emotions out of your decisions
During trading hours, emotions will turn smart people into idiots. Therefore you have to avoid having to make decisions during those hours. This requires a detailed trading plan that includes your strategy and your money management rules.
For every action you take during trading hours, the reason should not be greed or fear. The reason should be because it is in the plan. With a good plan, your task becomes one of patience and discipline.
You have to follow the plan without exception. Any valid reason for an exception - for example, correcting an oversight - should become part of the plan.
Overtrading
Sometimes the best thing to do is to do nothing. Not trading on those bad days is key to becoming a consistent winner â€" in some situations it is very tempting to overtrade:
If you trade to fulfill a need for action, to relieve boredom
If you can’t find the proper setup but can’t wait
If you fear you are missing out on a great trade or on a great market
If you want to make up for losses (revenge)
If you trade to feel like you are working instead of sitting around. Trading involves a lot of work other than the actual buying and selling.

You should not trade under the following conditions  

You are not following my trading plan
You have reached your daily or weekly maximum loss
You are sick or very tired
You are very emotional (upset, pressured to make money, self-esteem destroyed)
You are using new tools you are not completely familiar with
You need time to work on your trading plan

A winning attitude
Losing traders look for a “sure thing”, hang on hope, and avoid accepting small losses. Their trading is based on emotions. You must treat trading as a probability game in which you don’t need to know what is going to happen next in order to make money. All you need to know is that the odds are in your favor before you put a trade.
If you believe in your edge, which is you believe that the odds in your favor for each trade you enter, then you should have no expectation other than something will happen.
Your attitude will have a direct influence on your trading results:

Take responsibility for all your actions â€" don’t blame the market or world events.


Trade to trade well and for the love of trading, not to trade often and not for the money. The money will come as a result of trading well.


Don’t be influenced by the opinions of others. Reach your own decisions and follow them.


Be rigid with your rules and flexible in your expectations. Most traders are flexible with their rules and rigid in their expectations.


Never think that taking money from the market is easy and never assume that you know enough.


Have no particular expectation when you place a trade because you know that anything can happen.

Don’t try to guess the future â€" trading is a game of probabilities.


Use your head and stay calm â€" don’t get excited or depressed.

Handle trading as a serious intellectual pursuit.

Audi going strong for the 2007 DTM

Three Audi factory teams namely Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline, Rosberg, and Phoenix has entered the 2007 DTM season which is scheduled to start on April 22 at Hockenheim with strong partners. And for the first time the new designs of Audi A4 DTM cars can be seen in public at the DTM test days at the Motorsport arena Oschersleben starting Tuesday until Friday this week. The official presentation to open the season is going to be held on Sunday on the K in Dusseldorf. Audi Sport has obtained the support of four global players due to its involvement in the most popular international touring car race series and these are Red Bull, Philips, the Schaeffler Group, and Siemens. Audi luxury unit of Volkswagen the producer of quality VW Scirocco part -- has also gained two large media partnersthe AutoBild and Playboy. There are also several subsidiary brands of Audi AG has used the popularity of the DTM in promoting their products and services such as the Audi Bank, Audi Gebrauchtwagen:plus, Audi Top Service, and Quattro GmbH. The two Audi A4 DTM cars of Mattias Ekstrom (Sweden) and Martin Tomczyk (Germany) compete since the year 2004 in the colors of Red Bull, the market leader in energy drink sector. And for this years blue is made significantly darker than in previous years coming inline with the global motorsport programmer of Red Bull. The new DTM boy Mike Rockenfeller will drive a red A4 DTM. The youngest Audi factory driver also gets support from the Quattro GmbH and its S line sport kits and also from Europes largest car magazine AutoBIld. The Frenchman Alexandre Premat, just like Luhr and Rockenfeller will display Audi Bank on silver-gold A4. The Schaeffler Group for this year will use the DTM as a platform for three of their brands namely LuK, INA, and GAG. The Schaeffler Group is a development partner and production supplier for Audi. It will be present on the cars of Matthias Ekstrom and Mike Rockenfeller. The other Audi Sport partners for the 2007 DTM are Eibach Springs, O.Z. Racing (wheels), and PTC (Software Solutions). Investment Property - Leveraging Rental Property Equity

Owning investment property is a tremendous wealth building strategy. Thousands upon thousands of individuals have amassed great wealth by investing in rental properties.

Unfortunately, few investment property owners learn how to leverage equity in a way that maximizes tax deductions while creating and locking in equity gains. Instead, they leave themselves open to price fluctuations in the residential property market. These fluctuations can wipe out or severely reduce equity positions in property.

Housing Boom To End?

There is little doubt we are coming to the end of a huge boom market in residential properties. For the last four years, properties have appreciated at unheard of rates. The question, of course, is what happens when the market cools off? Will we simply see a price plateau or an actual drop in prices? While nobody is sure, the clear consensus is property owners should move to preserve equity while they can.

Protecting Equity Gains

Protecting equity gains in your investment property requires careful planning. This leveraging strategy is fairly simple, but can sound complex. Please keep in mind this is just an introduction to the investment property tax strategy. You will need to contact us to learn more.

The investment property tax strategy protects your equity gains by separating and leveraging them. The leveraging process is best explained with an example.

Scenario 1 Ââ€" Without Tax Strategy

Assume you purchased a rental property in 1999 for $250,000 with nothing down. As of July 2005, the combination of loan payments and appreciation has resulted in a gain of $250,000. You have amassed wealth, but all of it is at risk. If prices drop twenty percent over the next year, you will lose $100,000 of your equity in the rental property.

Scenario 2 Ââ€" With Tax Strategy

We are going to use the same exact scenario. It is July 2005, you have $250,000 in rental property equity, but all of it is risk. You decide to implement the investment property tax strategy and the following occurs.

Our goal is to protect the $250,000 in gain on the rental property while also maximizing tax reductions. The first step is to refinance the property with, typically, an interest only loan. A percentage of the equity gain is taken out of the property and placed into an equity index insurance product. The equity percentage is arrived at by determining the payment amount you can afford on the loan. Typically, it is tailored to match your current loan payment amount.

Going back to our scenario, what happens if property prices pull back 20% over the next year? You do not suffer the loss of $100,000 because the gain is sitting in your equity index insurance product. Essentially, it is a wash and you have protected the capital gains while capturing a stock market-based rate of return.

Ah, but it gets better.

Equity Index Insurance

The investment grade insurance product isnÂ’t just any policy. Instead, the policy we use is tied to a stock market index. What if the stock market suffers a loss? Not to worry, this policy carries a guarantee that you will never lose a dollar, even if the market crashes. If the stock market did crash, the policy would simply credit you with nominal growth for the year in question. In all other years, the policy would grow with the stock market. On top of all of this, the money in the insurance product grows tax-free.

So, what has been accomplished? First, you have protected your rental property equity gains from home price fluctuations. Second, you have leveraged your equity into two growth channels, the stock market and appreciating house prices. Third, you have converted taxable growth [property appreciation] into tax-free growth [insurance].

With housing markets ready to cool down, this strategy effectively locks in your profits. Preserving equity gains should be a primary goal of any investment property owner.

When Should You Not Cash Out Your Annuity?

You should not cash out your annuity when it's not in your best interest.
Here are 3 reasons it might not be in your best interest; it's too soon, you don't have a good enough reason, it will cost you too much. Every day someone cashes out their annuity or settlement when it might not have been in their best interest. It's an easy mistake to make when the call of money and burden of financial stress is weighing heavily on you. But read carefully and maybe you can avoid digging the hole deeper.If you are a minor, or the parent of a minor trying to cash out an annuity, it's too soon. Courts will rarely approve an advance of a minors settlement except in cases of extreme need. A guardian will need to be appointed to make sure the transaction is in the best interests of the minor and not the parent. Another way it can be too soon, your payments are too far away. $100,000 due in 2025 is not going to get you $100,000 today. In fact, you won't even get $25,000. The payout date is too far away.Unless you have a good enough reason. If you feel secure that your $25,000 dollars will yield over the next 20 years a return equivalent to the $100,000 you would have received, than maybe it's not such a bad idea. Plenty of courts around the country will be very interested in your reason for acceleration your settlement or annuity payments. Judges do their best to evaluate for you whether the transaction is your best option. Turning in your monthly payments to buy a new car may not be the best idea. Buying a home, attending school, averting financial disaster, keeping a home, important medical needs, all are great reasons to cash in future payments. Anything else deserves a second look and more serious consideration.What also deserves serious consideration is the bottom line. If you have to give up 50% or more of your annuity's value is it worth it? That's a very expensive purchase you are making when you give up $100,000 to get $25,000. And if your $25,000 buys you a car that depreciates and breaks down in 5 years, you have so little to show for your money. I think investing in start up businesses, vacations, recreational vehicles, and entertainment items are often questionable reasons to cash in structured settlement payments.The courts, the settlement cash out companies, your family and friends will all have their opinions as to whether you should get an advance on your future payments. But the risk and responsibility to make the best possible choice rests on your shoulders. Ask yourself if what you are getting is worth what you are giving up. There are great reasons to get your money sooner rather than later, but there are also times when cashing out is not in your best interest.Jason M. Rigler

The definition continues, "See for yourself. Do a search on completed auctions for MENÂ’S SUITS. Sort High to Low in price and see what brands repeatedly come up."

Where are you going to find these suits? If you want to pay under $20, you will need to start hunting at all the thrift/second hand stores. Yes, you will indeed find them there, but you need to search. If you donÂ’t mind paying a little more, try going directly to eBay.

If you opt to hunt for your suit, here are a few simply tips for thrift stores. DonÂ’t expect these wonderfully made designer suits to jump out at you. And donÂ’t expect to find a boatload of them all in one place. It is truly a matter of treasure hunting.

Thrift stores, estate sales, storage unit auctions and garage sales will be your best hunting ground. Not to discourage you, but it wonÂ’t be uncommon for you to look through 100+ suits until you might find one "good" one. The good news is that after you have a little experience under your belt, you will be able to whip through an entire rack of suits in mere minutes. You will be able to quickly tell just by the look and feel of the garment, which ones are quality. Take your list of "designers" with you and become familiar with the brands you want.

Hint: You will probably need to have a circuit of approximately 10-12 second hard stores that you frequent, hoping to hit the mother load. If youÂ’re intrigued in the quest, shop a minimum of once a week at each locale! Your efforts will eventually pay off. If this is more work that you care to spend on finding a suit, try eBay.

Here on Earth when cleaning heavy equipment it is very important to keep radiators cleaned otherwise the engines over heat and can cause unnecessary wear and even complete failure costing upwards of $35,000 in repairs. If we look at the current state of the art automated unmanned equipment in the truck sector for instance we see components we can use to help make robotic mining equipment cleaning machines for the moon.
